Responsibilites include, but not limited to:
-Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive welcoming experience.
-Schedule and confirm patient appointments, maintaining appointment schedules
-Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails and filing documents
-Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up patient treatment progress
-Assist with treatment planning by explaining procedures and costs
-Insurance posting/follow up on claims
-Assist back office
Requirements include but not limited to:
-Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and colleagues
-Strong customer service service, must be a team player and self-starter
-Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Make financial arrangements, collection calls, patient follow up
-Must be able to follow directions and adhere to deadlines as set by dentist or supervisor

Medical benefits, discounted dental work, 401k, and paid time off are offered to full time employees. Waiting period applies.

Benefits and Pay dependent on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Hourly Wage: $20-$27 DOE
